GVL Colab provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. The scope of work will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
GVL Colab reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. SMS Communication & A2P Compliance
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from GVL Colab regarding:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve any issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
GVL Colab is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces.
Damage due to improper maintenance.
Failure to disclose known property issues.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your information, including SMS communications.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
